Getting to know each other
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Hope Community a great one! We're a small church in a small town. When you visit, we respect if you want to remain anonymous for a while.
When you plan your visit we will:
- Meet you at the door
- Show you around
- Help you get your kids checked in (if you would like to)
- Introduce you around to a few people
- Save you seats
- we’ll even sit with you if you want (so you don't have to sit by yourself)
We want to make your first visit as easy as possible, and actually take time to get to know you and your family.

Hope Community is located across from Minerva Elementary school.
What can I expect?
How long is a HOPE CHURCH service?
In total, a Hope Community gathering is about 65 minutes in length. Gatherings begin with the Hope Community band leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, one of our pastors will share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus. We invite you to engage with us during our gathering by singing and taking communion.
What's the culture like at Hope Church?
Sunday's at Hope are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
What about my kids?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at HC Kids, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our HC Kids program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra five minutes to get signed in for the HC Kids experience. HC Kids is offered for kids ages infant through Grade 5.
